Liquid Vitamin B5 Pantothenic Acid (B-5) helps catalyze metabolic reactions
and the production of antibodies, and adrenal hormones. It is also part of
co-enzyme A, an organic compound that drives thousands of reactions in the body
every second.
Along with other B vitamins, pantothenic acid is required for converting food
to energy, building red blood cells, making bile, and synthesizing fats, adrenal
gland steroids, antibodies, acetylcholine and other neurotransmitters.
The RDA for men is 10 mcg and women is 8 mcg.
